a guide to a healthier Godly attractiveness.

We sit in school, in the car, at work, at the table. Our body was not meant to sit on a chair. Here is a few things that happen when you sit on a chair.
You arch your back forward.

and since we did that DURING WHILE OUR BONES WERE GROWING.. The bones "think" and the muscles think, its normal.

Plus

You sit on the biggest muscle your body has made... The GLUTE (butt)
You stop normal blood circulation to it, stop normal developmental.

When we use to HUNT for our food, we use to crouch behind bushes, then suddenly exploded. The guy that was better at it, was more attractive.

The girls, that sat around in the house, were less attractive. YES! your starting to get it, attractiveness is Gods way to show if someone is healthy, active, and so on. YES. It shows on the outside.

Some of you may think: But what my back hurts.
Fix your sitting bad habit, stretch that back and under developed bum and in a few weeks you will be way more active.

"But Im a girl, I dont want to have a hard square bum! I dont want to lose that mooshy pillow I worked hard to get with chips and junk food !"

Well, God knew what he was doing, girls are made with more fat in those areas, if a girl starts having a 6 pack, she is too skinny, will start to miss her periods if she keeps that up for MONTHS, then she will start to have more guy hormones, then that fat will be gone from the bum, then she will develop MALE muscles.

So before you go through all that, unless your a professional female athlete, you will just start loosing the useless love handles, then the useless fatty thighs, and your bum will actually be healthier.

"But im a guy, why would I care?" Because your shoulders will be straighter and your back, you will look like a hunter, not a sitter, you will play sports better, and your body will fatigue less.

(YES, you can LOSE the love handles, the cellulite-to-be-thighs, and yet GAIN a rounder firmer bum !!)

So what lack in todays living is ENGAGING and USING what your momma gave yah, what God made the biggest and strongest. We are ignoring the muscle that has influence on our back posture.

Here is how to change all that:
Sit  by aligning your shoulders with your bum, arching your lower back. (do it atleast whenever you remember to stretch)

Remember to FLOW SOME BLOOD THERE ! stand up often. LET THEM BREATH.


Do you use stairs ? LEAN forward a bit arch your back, stick your bum out, STOMP YOUR HEAL.

YES ! engage that forgotten muscle, so far its just your thighs and over worked back that did all the work.

EXERCISE.
Do all exercises pressing hard on your heals, REALLY HARD. and SQUEEZING YOUR BUT BEFORE DURING AND AFTER each repetition.

one leg bird dog, kick fast, hold at the end a second. EXPLODE. EXPLODING BUILDS BIGGER MUSCLES then taking it slow.

finish with one leg dead lift because it will start the stretching phase (ALWAYS STRETCH AFTER EXERCISES, to complete the blood circulation, the break down etc)

NOW .. heres the SECRET!
After stretching in that order, you should be laying down, MASSAGE your bum, SQUEEZE HARD !
people and athletes pay HARD MONEY for that, its called DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE. It is proven that its like doubling up your efforts you just did above !!

Apart from that, do each exercise 10-15 times each leg.
STRETCH EVERY DAY !
When the pain is gone in a few days, then wait a day, and start exercises again.

Remember, if you did one exercise 11 times, try 12 this time. always increase ! if you cant increase, its OK !!! next time you will !

EXPLODED FASTER in those exercise you can exploded.
Add weights to some exercises, a back back with one book, then two books etc.
on the "BRIDGES" exercises you can fill a 2L bottle of water and put it on your HIPS, then 2 bottles eventually.

After 6 months, if your starting to be addicted to the new size and roundness and health you gained, you will want to join a gym ;)

Dont forget, stomp that heal when you run, when you climb, arch that back, squeeze that forgotten God given jewel, your back, your AGE, your fun-ness depends on it, and yes... as a guy you will jump and run higher, and as a girl, no you wont lose that roundness, and yes you will walk better in high heals, (HEALS ! HINT !)(it makes your back ARCHED !! HINT !!)
