How To Detox Your Body Naturally

So, I have been asked to be brief, and explain the how to detox your body, and the WHY it works. As you know in my post "Experimental Training step 1: How to start with no motivation after all has failed?" (I shall never ever, ever, never title my titles so long)(forgiveness?), I told you WHAT your step 1 should be, if you failed at diets, gaining, or losing healthy weight. Essentially: start small, but the point is to START WITH A CLEANS SLATE !

Here is the DETOX, or (detoxifying) method:


HOT WATER WITH LEMON AND HONEY DETOX
(1 cup of hot boiled water, half a lemon or less, 1 table or tea spoon of honey)
(WARNING: things with vapor or steam are hotter then they appear)
  • 1st: on an empty stomach, right away when you'll wake up.
  • 2nd: another cup right before breakfast. (if you skip breakfast, you know its bad, detox will help)
  • 3rd: 1 cup BEFORE every major meal. (even if you have 6 meals as a bodybuilder)
  • 4th: 1 cup AFTER every major meal.
  • 5th: 1 cup BEFORE or AFTER a guilty snack (for weight loss purposes)

Work your way up these steps, but try ONE COMPLETE RELIGIOUS day of it. See how much LESS you will drink other stuff, how much more you'll sweat and to the bathroom. ITS WORKING.
